TBST 緩沖液是生物學(xué)中常使用的等滲緩沖鹽溶液，主要用于 Western Blot 實(shí)驗(yàn)中洗去膜上非特異性結(jié)合的抗體等試劑。由 Tris-HCl 構(gòu)成穩(wěn)定的 PH 緩沖體系，NaCl 提供等滲條件，Tween-20 作為去污劑可增加緩沖液的洗脫能力。

1×TBST緩沖液成分為： 10mM Tris-HCl，150mM 氯化鈉，Tween-20 ，0.05%（V/V）。

使用方法：

1、每袋粉劑和0.5ml Tween-20混合可配制成1000ml 的1×TBST緩沖液。

2、配制時(shí)用去離子水或雙蒸水作為溶劑。

3、取出包裝袋中的全部粉劑溶于800ml 的去離子水或者蒸餾水中，定容至1000ml。

4、使用前加入0.5ml Tween-20 混勻。
